do not spoonfeed people, let them (learn to) eat on their own!Help seekers to help themselves, so they can find their way alone and maybe develop a desire to learn more about what else could be done to enhance their mutt experience beyond their expectations or considerations.
This attitude may irritate some, however, don't consider it as unfriendly. Rado is aware of the intuitive desire to demand & provide explicit solutions (to silence the customer ;-). If you don't agree with the above reasoning and prefer direct spoonfeeding, then go ahead. Just don't take it personal when he tries to convince people to use existing documentation to provide the desired support instead of repeating over & over again what already has been written before. Don't ignore the people's efforts which they've already spent on it.
But we need to do some work in preparation for this "help them help themselves" to become easy "in action".
